BAD OMBUDSMAN!!!!!!!!!

<p>BAD DAMAGED CAR BY MERCEDES BENZ DURBAN OLDFORD ROAD</p> <p>THIS Mercedes Benz Old Ford Road had my Merc. A160 for 1 year and 6 months where they continiously take so long and explaining that the parts take that long from Germany, which wasnt the case, the real fact was when I started getting messages to say that the car has problems, but the very finalised quote said only, the electric cluster, the valve body of gearbox and the starter ignition, and they confirmed that nothing else is wrong, finally when I got my car back last month they claimed it is repaired but instead it was more damaged than ever. The day I received the car It was jerking, loosing water, loosing oil, lights came on on the dash and the stearing was loose, the ball joints and the front suspencion was also loose. I had to go according to them not to come back with that car as it is, more broken than ever before which their mechanics did. I was stranded finaly next to the road 300km later when the engin totally came to a stand still. I notified Merc Oldford again whereby I finally got the Motor Industry Ombudsman on the case, whereby the two of them together were so ******* that the Ombudsman said it needs an report, even if the start of the report was given by Ronnies at Umthata. Pathetic, *******. R36000-00 later and more than 1 Year and 6Months no person from Merc Oldford Road claim or states that they made a mistake and will correct this and even the Ombudsman is ******* together with this. \</p> <p> </p> <p>I have an private Mechanic which is an forensic expert and whish for his name not to be disclosed as he is on my side and had taken photos of the damged engin. Ombuds man had an email report for Merc Ronnies, Clinton and did not accept that report to start with. My question is and this the High Court will also ask, why does the Ombudsman not inspect by himself if it requests to see the damaged car, its available, but no its *******.</p> <p> </p> <p>Both Ombudsman and Merc SA assisting Merc Oldford Road will be claimed against, my claim will be for my expences, my car repairs and my mechanic that need to be paid in the mean time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Take note that these damages was malicious and had also been reported to police, as the staff of Merc Oldford Road had done damages to my car on the mechanical and on the paint, where breakfluid was poured or wiped with and it stripped the paint.</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC!!!!!!!!</p>
