Absolutely useless!!!

Absolutely useless!!!! Filled a case 22 August 2019 and same answer every time that they are busy and have allot of cases. You guys are suppose too help us. Then they say they get no response and then they say they not allowed too give 'the communication received? And it would be better if we use the lawyers because they are busy. Pathetic !!!!
