Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. There's no feedback, no proper process, or any timeliness. Email pribably get archived or deleted after sent as i have never received feedback. One has to call weekly only to be told that your complaint has been submitted for investigation or feedback. We think SA is 1st world. Regretfully, we are a 3rd world country in relation to service and basic needs.
