ABSOLUTE INCOMPETANCE
I escalated a case to the ombudsman nad recived a case number of the 14th September , they copied me on a letter sent to deaership giving them 10 days to respond. Needless to say I have asked for follow ups numerous times to the case manager assigned to the case with zero response . I even inclided the general e-mail.
These peope think that once a case is registered they can leave it as their job is done! Surely the registration of a case is not what teh Ombudsman is about????
