<p>I put a formally compliant against Newcastle GMW motors, i bought a car and they didnt disclose all the information about the car, the car was delivered at night and didnt pass the test. the car was on accident and airbags were out according to the info i recieved while i went for car inspection.</p> <p> </p> <p>i notified the dealer and they promised to callenced the deal and till today nothing. on top of everything, i dont know how did they get the temporary permit for the car while it didnt pass the test. i spoke to the principal delear and he made me a fool and the sales guy also pretended like everything is fine.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am loosing hpe on ombusdsman as they are the ones that need to protect us against *********** and issleading dealership</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you attend to my problem. does dealershios sell cars that didnt pass the test?</p>
