Absolutely appalled by the service from the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. I’ve been waiting 11 MONTHS for feedback on my case — and in all that time, I’ve received zero updates, zero support, and zero resolution.

You claim to protect and assist consumers, but your silence says otherwise. What’s the point of an ombudsman if consumers are left hanging with no help?
