I have enrolled for a course at Tshwane University of Technology in 2018, I have attended a few classes. During the first semester of 2019, I had a series of strokes. Despite me notifying the departmental head as well as the financial department of the institution, they have handed over my account for debt collection. I have tried to approach the Ombudsman for universities, to no avail, I am disabled following the strokes and find it difficult to meet my financial obligations
