TOTAL LET DOWN BY THE OMBUDSMAN.

been waiting 8 months to hear from Marsha Williams to update me on her supposed progress with Emerald Life Insurance that refused to pay my insurance claim after i was with them for 2 year, never missed a premium.

i am honestly starting to think the ombudsman is working with these insurers and are not in anyway doing anything for the best interest of people, how come i have sent over 5 emails and have been calling but the ombudsman but the insurer is not even going up & down to pay up?
