Ombudsman please grant me an opportunity to place my new evidence

Hello Peter

I submitted my complain before the ombudsman regarding my late mother's life policy she had with Metropolitan, but a ruling was made in favour of the insurance company.

I was told that i can appeal if I have any new evidence. Since last I've been emailing the ombudsman to grant me an opportunity to place new information nor evidence, but all I was getting was the acknowledgement receipt of the emails.

I also complain 3 weeks back to hello Peter regarding metropolitan, and metropolitan responded. " Kindly direct any New evidence to the ombudsman, we unfortunately cannot assist you any further.

Can please the office of the ombudsman grant me an opportunity to place my new evidence.
