Ombudsman is a ****

Guys dont listen to any conmplaint you go to ombudsman they work together with companies especially banks My father passes away in 2011 had a home loan with standard bank joint bont with my late mom who passed away 2020…home loan had insurances..credit life…home insurance etc…Documents send immediately when my father passed in 2011..account was active that they still deducted money form my father savings account even when it was freezed until 2012.02.credit life setlled account in 2013…amount 78000 pf a loan of 99000 from 1996 till 2013… Request for statements…credit life was taking money every year for what even they cant respond..Atm withdrawals that was done into a joint bound cant reveal why and how…

Ombudsman nikiwe just took 1 day and she emailed me and said the case is closed on her side…because she was told that is a long time issue even when there is documents of proof…be careful…even now we dont even have tittle deed of the house….
