Metropolitan erroneously deleted my uncle.

I have an insurance with metropolitan POLICY NUMBER ********** 780/ ********** . The policy covered my uncle and his wife. My uncle's wife passed on 2016. I claimed and it was paid. So now my uncle passed on 6/9/2018. I'm told that he was erroneously deleted when processing my claim in 2016. Therefore they are going to pay only the contributions until the date amounting to R1700. He was covered for R5000.

I have to travel to Eastern Cape for burial and contribute towards the funeral. How do I do it now when I'm penalized by Metropolitan for the wrong doing of their employee. I would appreciate it if this can be resolved as this was not my fault.
