Long term insurance Ombudsman ****

My disability claim is with Sonja Marais DE Jager for two years with no valid explanation. She tried the delay tactic and when she seen I am not giving up she starts misinterpreting my blood tests. My company falsified my physics demands and despite me giving her evidence about my physical demands she still overlooked my evidence. The employer liad to her saying my hours were reduced to 5 hours I sent her payslips to prove that my hours were never reduced she still overlooked the payslips. I gave her medical evidence to prove that my Osteoarthritis is not a pre existing condition still she wants more evidence. My doctor has suggested drastic changes to my job or cessation of duties but she still claim I can't prove disability. I have valid proof of my case and this is scary. I can now believe that these guys are working with the insurers. I have been asking for three weeks for an e mail address for Mrs Denise Gabriel's and Judge Margie Victor and the lady Jenny Jenkins refuses to give it to me. Who do we complain to about *******ion like this because it seems as the long term insurance ombudsman is a law unto their own. If this is how they deal with claims then they can't say they are impartial and non biased. If anyone has contact details for a high authority out there that can deal with this issue please contact me via e mail. I think people like Sonja Marais DE Jager she be removed from office.
