Grateful for Ombudsman

After a long battle which I believe boils down to *********** employees on the insurance company side, I would like to both thank and praise the Ombudsman persons who handled my case with patience, kindness, firmness, diligence and who maintained a professionalism throughout the process. She was beyond reproach, and I am able to say that I was grateful to have her clear guidance and that she walked 2 of the 3-year journey with me, in spite of the enormous client load she has to deal with. We are all quick to complain when things go wrong but remember to praise when they are solved. Thank you so much.
