Failure to finalize a complaint against an insurer

On 16 May 2022 I received the following email from them :-

"Dear Mr Hurrienarain

By way of update, Mrs Bezuidenhoudt is in the process of considering the information on file. She will communicate with you as soon as she is in a position to do so.
