Dissatisfied about the results

I had a case about my Dad i got 2 payments for premiums and m not satisfied because i don`t know was it calculated and i have informed Ombudsman no response or letter of the outcomes and i have never listened to the tapes m not happy with these results All Life policy i feel that they are cruel and don`t care about their clients also Ombudsman m really not happy its been 6 months already yet i`m back to square one,i thought they will help me i guess i was wrong ref 2017/ ********** 8
