Case was not investigated

Ombudsman is the last hope for South African Citizen and I would like to say thank you for being there for SA Citizens who were victims of being robed and ****med their money, trust and dignity and many more by Insurances of SA, whoever there are some employees within these Offices who are there for Insurances to get away with wrong doings these has happened to me and I can provide the proof to support these . My case has been closed even though the was concrete proof and evidence that Insurance is lying to the Office of Ombudsman I really need help to be given an opportunity to provide these information and proof to someone very Senior to look at these matters, I am willing to personally avail myself to meet that person at Office of Ombudsman if I can get such opportunity to provide such evidence
