Worst experience

I asked for clarity, and the adjudicator ignored me. I received a response that my file will remain closed. It is a substantial amount of funds, but there is no empathy from the staff. No professionalism. No attention to detail which one would believe to be the most crucial aspect of the job given the sensitivity of the query. There is none. They will misquote your information when you request for any explanation. Forget it. It was an awful experience.
