Very shocking to see that such entities conspire with the very same banks we should be referring to them

My mom made a capitec payment via banking app/ussd, the receipt didn't not get it and when she went to the Capitec branch she was told they can't track any transection while its showing on her statement.

I referred the matter to these ones who later came back saying they investigated and the bank isn't liable for deposits made to WRONG accounts( remember the branch couldn't track the transection). I asked these ones for more information, they investigated so I need to know the receipt that they say the money was deposited to so thatbwe can be sure that this is our fault if its a wrong recipient not diversion of funds by the **** tellers in the banks.

Till today they never supp**** the information or any response, and that means one thing, they can't be trusted. They did the same thing with me personal in a case against FNB.
