VERY POOR SERVICE

I wrote to thee Ombardsman over a month ago and i only received an automated response but yet you are told if your are not happy with an outcome of a dispute contact the Ombardsman, contact the Ombardsman how when they dont respond to your complaint?? Service is very poor as i have sent them ountless emails for feedback. We as the consumers are on our own , this system is rigid
