Unhappy complainant

Good day

I lodged a complaint against African Bank on the 2nd of December 2020 and I received feedback that my complaint was assigned to an adjudicator to evaluate and prepare a report which would be sent to me within six weeks however I have not received anything to date. May I get urgent assistance regarding this matter. Ref: (***)
