Unfairness

My money was *****lanty withdrawn from from an ABAsA ATM while I stood at the FNB ATM,but the Ombudsman refuted the case and said a pin was used, I requested for footage,FNB said the Ombudsman had concluded and closed case . Why are some people refunded is it because if my nationality and race,I will always suspect foul okay between bank and Ombudsman
