*****ing from their customers

I am so utterly disgusted in the way FNB Home loan operates. Money has been taken from my account and also reserved for the home loan for another R2646 then Fnb Home loans still takes another R2246..How the hell can they do this as it's leaving me in a negative balance and this has been happening since last year..When calling them its either not our department nothing can be done...I'm flippen upset with Fnb right now..What do I do as a consumer...who there to protect me from the bank system? I really need assistance.
