Standard bank needs to be investigated

My wife Luzaan Julius has a big problem with std bank.. They giving out personal information to other banks without asking permission.. No consultant called to ask her can a statement be send to Absa bank.. The consultant just sent it.. And afterwards std bank sent an SMS.. Std bank will be held reliable for this. And they still want my wife to call the ***** department of std bank.. Who's fault is this.. Somebody better get back to me immediately.. And sort out ur ****.. Does it take 3 days to sort your **** out.. And they make excuses for everything.. We want to hear the recording of this call.. Standard bank please sort it out.. Call us now..
