Standard Bank home Insurance

My house is insured by standard Bank and when I claimed for my fence that fell due to the rain, they rejected the claim saying that the brick wall had no brick force and it was a single wall and not a double wall as it should. This was never raised when they insured the house. The house was exposed, security was compromised and I had to pay this unbudgeted damage repairs from my pocket. Please assist with this complaint.
