Standard bank failing me

<p>i went under debt review and my bluebean credit card was handed over to standard bank legal department. I had a amount of r8500 outstanding. The end of October 2015 i finish paying the outstanding r8500 outstanding on my bluebean credit card. In November I contacted standard bank legal department requesting them to close the credit card which did not happen. In January i pulled an itc report i discovered that it still showed r8500 outstanding on my bluebean credit card. i emailed standard bank legal department regarding this matter, i then received a email from them requesting my id. nr which i provided for them., after that i received no response. End of March i went into the bank and contacted the legal deparment that handles the bluebean credit card and I requested a paid up letter so that i can clear the outstanding debt thats shows on my itc.The consultant informed me that it would take between 14 to 21 days to receive my paid up letter, its now May and I still havent received any paid up letter and the oustanding amount still shows r8500 even though it has been paid. </p>
