Poor service

I have submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman more than a year ago and up to date they didn't resolve my complaint. They don't even contact me. Their service is the worst I have experienced in a very long time. I tried to get hold of a senior person but it seems as if they don't have senior people working there. No wonder the service is so bad.
