Ombudsmen Complicit in Mafiosi gangster, Banking and other big company’s demonic reign.

It is no wonder that there are so many complaints about our banks and the other big organizations, and there continual ability to abuse there customers unabated. It really amounts to ******** activity where we are helpless to do anything about it. This is because the banking and other ombudsmen are as ******** and unaccountable as them. They probably spend there time lunching with each other comparing fancy cars, while laughing at the fact that people expect some sort of basic service and accountability for what they can show off as having, so called “worked for”. It is certainly not timely resolving the numerous problems or ensuring that there is an end to any of them happening over and over again, by some sort of accountability and efficiency. It is really a demonic, Mafiosi inspired gangster reign they have over us, with little respect for basic decency, or reasonableness on which the law is supposed to be based, and not there ability to make it to be whatever suits themselves and as one-sided to only favour themselves. it took Nedbank5 months to get them to do what they should have done from day one, and were asked for from day ten and the ombudsman said well done to them for eventually doing it, forget the lack of them breaking promises and keep appointments more than 10 times or the information that was not supp**** and problems it caused, and no censure at all for the most disgusting lack of accountability or even ability over the months. The banks and other organizations know that there friends the ombudsmen will not hold them accountable just extend the time it takes to get anything resolved at more of your, own precious time, energy, and money on phone calls transport etc. In fact it seems as if the whole system is designed to be so onerous and expensive so as to cause you to write the money off, as the time it takes and cost of sorting it out is not worth it, and therefore legalized mugging on their part. Currently Telkom and Nedbank are blaming each other for incorrectly deducting money from my account and then charging me for going into overdraft for it which was promised to be refunded, and again has not happened. How long and how many more phone calls, emails, letters, different people, and organizations, do you think it will me, again ( all at my own time and money and effort )take to sort this one out.?????? Been on Hello Peter for over two weeks already with no result. It has been over three weeks since Wesbank were asked to sort out a problem, where a car is still incorrectly registered in there name. Like all banks you cant deal with a particular person so that you have to phone there so called help line and speak to a different person every time who promise to sort it out but never do and emails remain unanswered. In three days time the 21 days grace for a new licences falls away, Who do you think is then going to pay the penalties.???. Every time you deal with a bank and get no joy, you than have to officially get a reference number from a particular department and then wait a further 20 working days before the ombudsman will look at the problem. Forget the numerous emails and phone calls already made and time wasted being proof of their lack of service.
