Ombudsman of banking is in support of *****

They are absolutely rude and seem like they are getting paid by the banks. I dealt with a lady named Botse Molefe she was absolutely unprofessional, her feedback made no sense it was liking reading a letter from a 5 year old child. There’s no point having these people as ombudsmans in this Country clearly they were put in this role as another way to rob innocent civilians of their tax money. The feedback you get makes you really think if these people are behind the ***** going on in banks
