Ombudsman NOT much better than the Banking sector

Difficult to make A complaint. Website doesn’t store your input! Frustrating and *********** just like the banking industry here! Unless u have Millions no cares about you and no one wants to help u manage ur debt or find a way to pay it all back! No payment holiday even though the government is crushing the economy with these 18 months of lock downs and business closures!
