Ombudsman my last resort

I want to thank the Ombudsman because they are willing to help me resolve my case with Capitec Bank even after Capitec just inform me my case is closed and I will not be compensated. The Ombudsman is now logging a full investigation and I'm thankful for that. To many people lost hard earned money through Capitec allowing ****mers to open **** bank accounts and then they throw the popy act in your face but Capitec is under violation regarding the popy act.
