OMBUDSMAN INVOLVED WITH WRONGDOING OF ABSA SUPPORTING THAT

Ombudsman had investigate ABSA vehicle finance, but the report I got back was all I said without their own opinion, they were good enough with finding all I said but could not get to the act that says the financer can not finance an Item/Car?house when it has lost its value from what the finance agreement says, this Ombudsman did not state as not even the Consumer act allows an broken item sold as new to be paid for infull, Consumer Act agrees that if supplier was notified and the financer its surely not correct to have such item/Car to be financed on such contract, regarding the Act on breach of a contract is this exactly not what Ombudsman found in favour of myself but expect me to go to court whilst court will state that there could not be an agreement if what I say is true, fact is Ombudsman did find i said there is a defect on the car which dropped the value of purchas to R100 000-00 below the finance agreement, therefore I should be assisted to have my name cleared or otherwise the Ombudsman is assisting the wrongdoing of ABSA and are liable for my damages together with ABSA and the Dealership Hyunday Knysna, and Stanmar Motors in George, as the dealer and Stanmar both are liable for the defects, and ABSA is suppose to get their money back from the Dealer.
