Ombudsman involved in *******ion

I wrote about a complaint where I published the ombudsman sided with First National Bank in *****ing more than R20 thousand rand from a bank account I held at the above bank and presented proof to ombudsman that FNB fodged my signature claiming I had bad instructed them to send sms notifications to a number that is not mine. Ombudsman under Nerosha Maseti and Kwanda Vabaza did what they do best and just ignored my endless attempts to complain to them. Now the whole department is ignoring my cry so I am convinced it is not only useless but as ******* as this FNB therefore it should be closed down.
