Ombudsman for the banks biased banana republic organisation

The Ombudsman for the banks is utterly useless. A totally biased banana republic organisation that is only jumping the wagon from their bread providers...the banks. They don't work according to evidence and only make a ruling entirely based on the banks findings which is obviously one sided and not based on the true facts. A complaints lodged in November and several follow-ups have up to this date (02 April) no ruling. For example the police and magistrates findings for FNB using duplicate dormant accounts for over a decade is according to them a ******** offense (actually 9 ******** accounts such as the FICA laws and Central Reserve Bank regulations). Even with charges against the bank they do as they please all facilitated by the biased 'Ombudsman'. Consumers have no rights in South Africa. Anybody out there to make some money, lets print the Consumer Protection Laws on toilet paper and bring it to good use!!
