Ombudsman For Banking Services (obssa) VERY USELESS

I am very disappointed with the decision reached by National Financial services ombudsman. They are useless, they always rule in favor of the banks.

They didn't even ask me for back up information to my complaint, they just made a decision. It's very sad what they do in favour of banks.

I need this case reopened and adjudicated properly
