Don't even waste your time reporting anything to the Banking Ombudsman if they don't side with the banks they just don't reply to any correspondence or emails. If you got any proof of wrongdoing by the banks rather seek legal advice. This Ombudsman is a JOKE but it's on you if you believe they are going to do anything.
