OBSSA helped me to get TymeBank pay all interests that were due to me

What a stellar service I have received from OBSSA recently.

For context, I had GoalSave with TymeBank that I wanted to cash out in mid December 2021 so I can use to pay school fees in January 2022. When I tried to cash out, I encountered system error. The cash out had to options, immediate (get 6% interest) and 10 days notice (get 7% interest). The system error was on both, although I wanted the 10 day notice one. I called TymeBank call center and the agent helped log the cash out and said it will payout in days. However, 10 days later, it didn't payout. I called them back and was asked to do the cash out myself as the issue was now resolved, which wasn't the case as I got same error. The back and forth communications continued until I got OBSSA involved in late January/early February. After TymeBank realised I got OBSSA involved, they did an immediate payout, giving me 6% instead of 7% I requested. I disputed this but they didn't want to pay. With help of OBSSA again, they eventually paid the balance. This would have never happened without the assistance of OBSSA. What a disappointing service by TymeBank, really. The whole matter lasted until May-2022, imagine?

Thanks once again to OBSSA, they really came through for me. Their service was excellent.
