Nedbank needs to be fined Regulators

Good day. Would like to bring this to your attention.

Nedbank is not treating customers farly. From unauthorised transactions to failed promises to queries just not being dealt with accordingly by *********** staff, incorrect actioning etc etc.

It's actually alarming how they seem to be getting away with this type of service, however they regulated.

I have raised issues with management and things have gone from bad to worse.

Service delivery is substandard and would like relevent stakeholders to investigate and regulate these companies.
