I hereby lodge complain regarding the placing of my bank account by standard Bank, Account I visited Standard Bank Branch at Mall of Tembisa and contacted the ***** department which their reluctant to assist me or to up held my account without any reason and further my account was kept on hold for more 24 hours, only for the purpose of confirming the proof of payment.
