Judgement put against me without my knowledge and no notice at all

Good day I have laid a complain with obssa,last year October till this day I have not received any feedback about my judgement issue,it's over the days that one should expect feedback, There is a judgement that was put against me without my knowledge and no notice of any sort,the judgement is done by Nedbank I've called them many times but no one is giving me a straight answer,I went to the hight to check if the case number appears on their system but it does not appear at all,and I was advised there is no case and they wonder how did Nedbank put the judgement against me without my knowledge I just saw it on my credit profile, please help really cause I think ***** has been done or some sort of wrongful ******* way has been done,I am really worried as to why the obssa has not responded, this is really affecting me,the court said it needs to be rescinded because it does appear on their system,you guys can go check also,I'm very disappointed really cause I thought the obssa will come to my rescue.
