Issue not resolved - No response

Good day. I have reported FNB to the ombudsman since October 2023. I have sent all relevant docs and my issue has still not being resolved. I do not get any feedback regarding my case and I am really dissapointed. The case has been running with FNB since August 2023. I do not get this resolved and we are already over the waiting timeframce as I were promised. I constantly follow up but no response received.
