Hurray for the ombudsman for banking services!

Extremely grateful to the ombudsman for assisting me in getting my money back after 6 months of financial stress and frustration. The ombudsman was able to fight on my behalf when the bank refused to budge. I would have given it 5 stars, but think they could try to improve their communication further which would reassure clients by keeping them (a little more) in the loop. Thank you again
