Getting away with ******

<p>I've since reported a *****ulant motor finance deal approved by a bank. I'm driving a second hand vehicle which happened to be a ****** vehicle and still managed to get approved finance by my bank. I didn't appreciate the service I was given by you guys when I simply was asking you guys to help me investigate if my bank followed simple standard procedures before motor finance was approved. Which clearly were not done, because now I'm stuck with car that has unmatching chase number on the engine, I can't even take it for service because the warranty lapsed due to the accident it in before it was sold to me. I don't have insurance on the car, because none of the insurance want to invest on a ****** motor. It's quiet clear that severe motor inspection/asse*****t check was bypassed from my bank side. And all you had to tell me was referring me to the Motor car ombudsman for help, which is disfunctional . I'm frustrated and would have appreciated if you guys didn't investigate my car issue but at least attempted to at least checked if proper standard bank procedures were followed by my bank. Now banks reap us off knowing we'll never get helped and have no choice but to pay them. it's just painful to see a debit order every month for a car I know in my heart its not worth it.</p>
