***** still not resolved

Last week monday I reported a ***** case with capitec bank that my account was cleaned of R6500 and the matter is being taken from pillsr to post,im not getting any positive response and dont know what to do,im stuck between a rock and a hard place,I cannot make a loan nor anything because my account is frozen due to "pending investigation" its hard for me because now I dont have money for transport nor food and my bank gives zero % care about this matter,how long does an investigation take for my funds to be reimbursed? Because other financial institutions take 24hrs....what that bank is doing is not fair as a matter of fact I think done with them
