Dysfunctional and don't care attitude 😔

Delay Delay Delay Never mind the consumer.😡The banking ombudsman must be friends with ABSA because they are taking their own sweet time to investigate internal bank *****. 30 September 2025 it will be one year.THEY do not care about consumer. Why do we have a banking ombudsman again????? Dysfunctional. André from the Ombudsman just in a rush to close cases without proper investigation 😡
