Dispute resolved successfully

After 8 months of having a battle with Nedbank I refered my matter to the Ombudsman in October 2021 and was assisted by a lady called Tamaren and I am extremely happy that today the Ombudsman has resolved my matter the way I requested them to. Even though it took 7 months Tamaren made sure that she always kept me updated. Well done Ombudsman, indeed you to live up to your promise.
