Disgusted ofbeing ****med by Capitec

I remain unhappy with Capitec. Complaint logded in 2022 till today it is still under investation. I have submittedseveral complaintseven from the last month or two am stillreceiving no feedback. Even the managers are *********** as the complaint has been submitted on Hello Peter, managers respond saying that they will investigate and provide feedback which they dont.
