Disappointed at Absa bank

As I was under age or before 21 years my parents opened the account for me at absa, but after getting my Identity documents I went to absa with my mom to take them out of my account, I made the fixed deposit of 5 years but after 3 months my dad was able to take out my money without me and change the fixed deposit to 1 year . When u confront the absa branch of Randridge Mall every one seems confused no one knew anything, further check they find out that my dad took out my money at Northgate branch How can that happen?? I was the owner of my account fully now ABSA BANK FAILED ME , further investigation my case was referred to Beverly Rikhotso (Mr) absa Towers West 15 Troye street Marshalltown JHB ,he needed the affidavit I did that and sended to him but he vanished no email response or sms or whatsap or calls from him until today I closed my account at Absa to another bank I was afraid that my dad will take out all the money my mom saved for me soo many years without me again , he took out R20000 for his own benefits

IM SO DISSAPPOINTED AT ABSA BANK AS I DIDN'T GET ANY HELP
