Digital *****...and Capitecs absolvement .

Good afternoon, My name is Itumeleng Kwadi, on the 28th of March 2025,My colleagues and I were in a house ******* where we were held at gun point.Our cellphones and banking details were accessed.Capitec didn't as a bank stop the transactions there were transfers to different accounts, withdrawals and swiping..all in all R148000 was withdrawal in a space of 3 hours...When I contacted Capitec, I was told it was my responsibility to make sure that people shouldn't access my account..Their investigation lasted 40 minutes after I have submitted all the relevant documents, Police case number and the bank statements.So ,I have lost my entire savings at a go and Capitec absolves themselves of any responsibility....Isn't people's money insured against Digital *****??
