debt review flag by capitec

i sent in a complain regarding capitec which have flagged me under debt review and my case was closed on your side after capitec **** and said they have resolved the matter how as I'm still flagged and now nedbank has told me twice that capitec has flagged me for what i don't know as they are still debiting my account for their loan repayment and have never skipped a month nor have such a discussion with them that could lead to me being flagged so the ombudsman is allowing capitec to destroy consumers profile without following the correct procedure they can't even give me a letter that proves their case that it's not them that they flagged as they alluded all you get it's Disrespect from given if they didn't flag me let them give me a letter like vintage debt management did they didn't follow the correct process they flagged me for no reason hence they still debiting my account cause they don't have signed documents from my side that allow the process and now i can't get credit due to them
