COULDN'T BE BOTHERED ANSWERING EMAILS

Last week I contacted this Business, requiring their help & asking their advice. I received a return email from a person called Queen, who advised that there is an attachment to be completed, then they would find a way to help me. I never received this attachment, so I sent a return mail, clearly stating so. I then sent another email on Monday to this same Company, & to date I have still received absolutely nothing. It's no wonder that this country is going to the dogs. This is supposed to be the new South Africa, & if you have a valid complaint, then someone is \supposed"to get back to you"
